A wonderful complexity in aroma though the head is short lived and mildly soapy. A typical white ale appearance with murky off peach hue. This beer has a citrus zing on mouthful. A bit watery for its class yet deliciously not bitter. Floral notes are on mouthful but they are not predominate. The aftertaste is fair and appropriately fruity.

Pours hazy straw colour with a decent white head. Aroma is cereals, orange, and yeast. Taste is slightly sweet with a slightly dry finish. There are notes of malt, a hint of orange and pepper. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation. Its decent, but Ive had better Wits and better from the brewery.

Smooth, very smooth - no bitter aftertaste. Feels delicately light on the palate. My favourite in a city full of delicious micro-brewed beer. Go, Quebec!

Bottle. Pale gold pour, fluffy white head. Nose is peach, melon, hay, spice. Mouth is sharply carbonated, medium bodied, touch sweet, fruity (pear, apricot, white grape), grassy, earthy. Nice.

Pale, murky golden with thick white foam that lasted. Complex nose with cereal malts, wheat, orange and some spice. The taste was on the sweet end, but with a good pepper finish. Light body and medium fizz. A complex wheat beer that comes down on the sweet end, but keeps the spice flavors through the end.

Fine, but with nearly nothing of the coriander notes typical of the style. Mostly a wheat/banana profile with high carbonation.

From old tasting notes. Cloudy pale gold color. Big rocky white head. Tart, honeyish citrusy malt nose. Tangy, yeasty wheat malt flavor. Very Belgian-like in style and character.

Tried this beer on tap at a christmas work party. Not disappointed by this pioneer beer.

On tap. Golden in color with minimal white head. Aroma is of wheat with a touch of citrus. Mostly citrusy sweet flavor with some coriander and wheat character. Light bodied with lingering sweet finish. Quite tasty.

Cloudy golden yellow color. Lots of coriander wheat and orange in the flavor and the aroma. Rather sweet but still very good
