Aroma: Peaches and cream, grapefruit, citrusy, coriander, a slight boozeyness and the signature Unibroue yeast. For a 5% beer this is quite aromatic and Ive had higher ABV beers do much worse than this. Appearance: Cloudy gold color with a puffy, white head that fades to a bit of lacing. Taste: A bit on the watery side but its quite citrusy and the hop flavour comes out quite well. Slight caramel hints. Palate: On the thin side but its quite nice with nothing offensive or offputting. Sweet with a bitter then sour finish. Overall: Clean and refreshing and has quite the character. Very enjoyable and I thought Id have a hard time replacing Hoegaarden for a cheap and refreshing beer. Theyve met their match!

From Saveur Biere. In Grimbergen glass. Wartching Los Soprano 6x05-06. Not much sasion-esque, more lika a belgian pale ale. Plenty of apple and coriander notes. Pretty tasty for such a low abv. Nice carbonation

A bunch of lemon and lemon zest, some peach as well. Floral, but cant really pin-point what. Big yeast presence. Surprisingly sessionable. Well done high carb. Great.

La Blonde de Chambly offre une acidit franche de citronnelle suivie dune douceur mielleuse et de notes poivres. Savourez une finale florale et astringente avec cette bire qubcoise brasse depuis 2010.

341ml bottle from LCBO. 5% alc./vol. Pours an opaque deep gold colour with one finger of lasting head. Spicy aroma with notes of cloves, coriander, banana, and some citrus notes. Taste matches the aroma with some metallic notes and dry citrusy finish.

F: big, white, not good retention. C: orange to gold, hazy. A: malt, orange peels, citrus, earthy, hint of spicy. T: malt, coriander, orange peels, creamy mouthfeel, yeasty, candy, fruity esters, peach, medium body, normal carbonation, more ale than saison style, but sure there are Belgian features, quite good, 341ml bottle from Eat Brussels 2016 festival.

Bonne blonde, selon moi plus goteuse que les bires de plus grande brasserie. Elle ne se dmarque par ncssairement des autres blonde de microbrasserie.
