Bottle sample at Rattle n Hum. Pours yellow-gold with a medium, pure-white head. Delicate nose, with fruits, yeast, wheat, honey and grass. Flavor is pleasantly sweet, with faint lemon and more honey. Light to medium in body with soft but fizzy carbonation. Finishes very dry with slight citrus bitterness. Very good.

341mL bottle, pours a cloudy blond with a white head. Aroma of wheat, Belgian yeast and light citrus. Flavour is most pronounced on the wheat and light citrus. Pretty bland brew - sort of like a watered down Blanche de Chambly.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden-orange in color, topped by a small, white head. The aroma is on the fruity side, almost like canned tropical fruits, with some sugary notes. It’s medium bodied and semi-dry, with a smooth carbonation. Fruity, sugary flavor with a decent bitterness and a grassy, piney hop touch. Lasting fruity-sugary finish. Sure drinkable and all that, but rather boring, and far from the best from this brewery. 150612

Lubiere (13995) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 30, 2010
A pale blonde ale with a thin white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, light herbs, coriander, and light sulfur. In mouth, a smooth ale with light fruity banana esters, a bit watery, typical Unibroue yeast mark, a bit on the boring side but drinkable. Bottle from Brouhaha, 1.99$.
