Zesty fruit aroma. Hazy burnt yellow body topped with bright white head. Bold crisp coriander taste. Even with it’s bold character it has clean finish.

Bottle from BevMo! in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is light Belgian spicy-ness, light fruits, wheat-y esters. Taste is lighty ripe peach (without any of the tartness), some hay / wheat. Palate is very memorable...creamy, juicy but not cloying or sticky. Has a "standard" Belgian quality but I really enjoyed this one.

Visual: Pours translucent marmalade orange with a decent sized micro-fine bubbly 1cm head w/ retention, clusters of active streams. Nose: banana wheat malt-honey-chamomile (lvl-5)-pungency Attack: crisp-micro bubbly, Mid-palate: citrus tangy (lvl-5-sweetness), banana wheat malt, pineapple, chamomile-honey, alcohol zingy Finish: wheat malt dry-rough, banana exhale. Summary: Full on banana wheat malt and alcoholic. A bit astringent in the mids and finish but overall solid and enjoyable.

Pours clear golden with tall white head. Aroma of raisins, sugar, dried fruit, light honey, light herbs. Taste is very sweet, sugar and honey, with a light spicy finish. Somewhat one-dimensional. Body is light to medium rich, smooth, with almost lively carbonation.

Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - APR 24, 2016
Hazy straw peach color with powerful activity. Extra foamy, almost creamy, white sparkly 3 finger head, lasting around 15 minutes, with strong legs. Aromas of fresh apple and sweet grains, slightly metallic. Flavors of citrus lemon, coriander, apple, peach, pineapple, fruit ester, honey/caramel, floral and herbal spices. Bready and woody/oaky feel. Highly sweet but still sharp. Slick medium body with prickly carbonation. Well intensified medium strength finish, ending with a slightly vinous fruity estery feel with a dash of spices. Overall an excellent craft having good freshness and nice complex flavors, well balanced and intensified. Pretty good but not my favorite Belgian Ale.

Bouteille de 341ml. Dégustée le 13 novembre 2015. Bière blonde très pâle, voilée. Mousse un peu, col mince off-white, éphémère. Assez effervescente, grosses bulles. Odeur d’alcool, d’épices, de levure et de pain frais. Saveur de blé, de banane, et un peu d’épices.

AleRider78 (1516) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - APR 10, 2016
Poured a pretty huge foamy and creamy head. Has a nice yellowish pale appearance, sort of like a mango juice like look. Very strong citrus flavours and aromas all around. At this point, Unibroue brews are becoming strangely familiar but amazing beers nonetheless. 9%?! Can’t really tell, it’s well hidden.
