3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is nice and smells of apples. Appearance is also nice and really does look quite chapagnish in my champagne flute. Flavor is a bit of a let down, not bad tasty, just doesn't seem to register in a big way.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Champagne appearance with lower carbonation. Aroma is quite yeasty and spicy, definite apple tones in the nose. Apple (duh!) finish, sweet flavor.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Has a clouded light yellow/cider color with a good bit of carbonation and an apple smell. Taste is sweet, appley and a bit wheaty. Overall it is not a bad fruit beer, better than others.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
After reading the label and hearing all the hype about this beer I thought Ephemere would be my epiphany of fruit beers. It didn't happen. Nice apple flavor, easy to drink, and a unique beer. It doesn't shatter my perception of fruit beers - a nice alternate to hoppy beers.

UPDATED: MAY 19, 2011 Okay, it doesn’t have a great head but the bubbles are really pretty. Nice yeasty applely (but not sweet flavor). Makes wonderful tasting burps.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Big burst of green apple upon opening the bottle. Light, soft, and bubbly on the palate. Has that yeasty taste that we all know along with mild green apple. Good for something a little different.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice hazy yellow color, but with no head at all. The aroma was full of sour apples and barnyard tones. The flavor was more like an extremely mild geueze with a slight apple character. Spritzy feel.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden beer with a small fizzy head. Aroma is all apples and is quite delicious. The taste was quite refreshing, heavy on the apples and completely devoid of hops. My girlfriend proclaimed this to be her favorite Fall beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This golden beer has a small fizzy head. The nose is light, crisp and sweet with green apple peel and a chalky sweetness. It is approaching “jolly rancher” smell, but not quite. The palate is more subdued with sweet, overripe apples and a touch of coriander which lingers toward the finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice foamy head with a pale yellow appearance. I liked this fruit beer quite a bit because instead of being too sweet, it had a nice tart quality to it. The coriander also added an interesting touch. A bit watery though in the body.
