Draft at the Bier Garden/Portsmouth. Orange-reddish hue and shiny. This is exactly what I wanted on a nice fall afternoon -- Easy going and sweet, classic Kriek character. Maybe just a hint of a medicinal edge, but overall this is delicious stuff, fresh, fruity and wild. (#5296, 10/12/2013) Sekh_Met (5) - CANADA - JUL 4, 2013 does not count
New Éphémère Cerise/Cherry is very good. Sparkly ’n refreshing. Great summer beer. Best Éphémère, with the apple-flavored one. Sixx (28) - Ontario, CANADA - SEP 23, 2013
A very nice cherry beer. The flavour of cherry is not overpowering and yet pleasant. It’s not too fizzy on the tongue and has a mild yeasty after taste. Overall I would greatly recommend this to lovers of fruit beers and especially those who enjoy cherry. Tricker (414) - Quebec, CANADA - MAR 10, 2015
Caged cork bottle - decants a orangey-pink clouded ale with a 2 finger cap. Very effervescent. Aroma is very enticing fruity, some alcohol almost like a rose wine. Flavor follows aroma fruit, some light yeast funk, berry fruity but tart, dry tart finish with a wine-like discernment. Probably the best of the L’ephemere series.

Bottle shared with northropfrye. I feel like it’s a bit of medicinal cherry aroma, or rather not pill like, but like cough syrup. Beautiful fluffy snow white head on a cherry peach cloudy body. Floral cherry taste, though I’d like it to be more intense. Overall very nice. Leglome (11) - Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 6, 2013
Pale pink-orange pour with a thick white head. The aroma is lightly spicy and a wheaty. A touch of soft tartness and a little bit of cherry fruitiness. Light pepper and a touch of soft fruitiness. There is a little bit of stone fruit apricot and clove character. There’s also a touch of soft spiciness on the finish. There’s a little bit of light wheatiness on the finish. Dry fruity finish. It’s got a great combination of cherry fruitiness and yeasty spice. I like it. Frothmeister (799) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 5, 2013
750ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark orange with a reddish tinge, and a one finger white head. The nose is mostly tart cherry candy notes, light honey, light yeast, and spicy notes. The taste is subtle tart cherry notes, Belgian yeast, light banana, acidity, with some apparent wheat, and a little bit of spice in the finish. This is well done. Light, flavourful, and extremely well balanced. No one taste overpowers the other. God bless you Unibroue. JRHBrew (367) - Fredericton, New Brunswick, CANADA - NOV 2, 2013
One of the best fruit beers I have had. I found it packed with flavor without being offensive. Right amount of fruit is hard and I think they nailed.
