Smells like cranberry juice with notes of malt. Cloudy gold colour. Tangy front with notes of cranberry, plum, and malt. Medium in body and carbonation. A tasty beer. WisconsinBeer (716) - St. Paul, Minnesota, USA - JAN 6, 2015
Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow, with quite a bit of carbonation. Somehow I expected this to be cloying, but it’s actually quite delicious. Initially light and fizzy on the palate, which fades into a very nice dry cranberry note. I could drink quite a bit of this without a problem. mnurda (1285) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 5, 2015
Bottled sample courtesy of Drew Scurfield. Pours straw colour. Minimal head. Very bubbly. Tart tasting.

Pour is straw yellow with a tall and fluffy head. Aroma is yeasty with lite fruit notes. It’s a nice beer and very easy drinker but leaves you wanting more. I will say it’s best to drink a little warmer then the 38 deg frig temp. As with most beer the temp warms and the flavors are more pronounced. Starts out yeasty and wheaty then comes the fruit followed by a tart bitterness. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 23, 2014
[6715-20140830] Bottle. Minty cranberry fruit aroma. Hazy, light yellow orange body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Fruity cranberry yeast flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

Tap at Busters. Strange beer. Slightly hazy yellow pour. Great aroma of yeast and dark fruit. Smells like a winner. Taste is different - kind of cheap and bland. Bizarre discrepancy here for me. keanex (1799) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - DEC 16, 2014

Appearance: Amber body, white head.
Aroma: Cranberry through and through.
Taste: Creamberry with some Belgian yeast.
Palate: Medium bodied, moderate carbonated.
Overall: One note, not bad though.
Appearance: clear bright gold, with a short and shy fizzy white head quickly fading. Aroma: strong aroma of cranberry extract, light yeast, tart stone fruit. Taste: prominent cranberry fruit character up front, then some slightly sweet light malt (pilsner?), then a dose of yeast. Finish: pretty astringent and medicinal, with the cranberry becoming more and more fake-seeming . Notes: Probably the most disappointed I’ve ever been with a Unibroue beer. Cranberry seemed pretty artificial, and the beer lacked the tartness you’d expect. Clearly the weakest of the Ephemere family. Bottle from Roots Market, Olney, Maryland.

2014 LCBO release. Pinkish tinged body with tons of foaming white head. Light cranberry aroma. Taste seems supplemented by malt and while a bit tart, I have had better efforts at delivering cranberry taste. gramity (1646) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 10, 2014
Pour is a little darker than other ephemere’s with a thin white head...smell is cranberry, yeast, and doughy...taste is malty, then some sour cranberry that builds into a nice finish
