I had this beer with some sweet bros from Meddy, NJ. This beer was like gods nectar ll over my face. Cranberry sweetness and sugary. Finish turns to fizz. Near perfect. Godlike.

aged between 3-5 years .. . pours with a medium white head .. . wonderful pure cranberry smell . . . spritzy and mouthcoating with crantastic results!! one of the more enjoyable unibro’s out there... this could convert some ladies to fruit beers too...

Light straw cloloured brew with a nice foamy resistent white head. Good carbonation and incredible aroma of cranberry. Very refreshing taste with a medium body. Little bit sour and very refreshing. Another very refreshing beer from Unibroue. My favorite from the Ephemere series. Would be curious to try this on tap.

750ml Bottle. Again, balance between the fruit and the beer taste is perfect. The cranberries are not killing the beer taste, it’s like a 50-50.

Comme le cassis, je n’aime pas le camberge, donc en théorie, je ne devrais pas aimer cette bière, mais ce n’est qu’une théorie. L’arome est très dousse, le saveur est très fruité et légèrement sucré et une belle couleur rose foncé.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2008 Got a chance to try this great unibroue beer. There was a great aroma accompanied by a beautiful color of gold. Very much worth trying.

Very bright tart fruit aromas, lemony, candy like. Sharp, tart, delicate cranberry flavors, spicy. Funky finish that lingers a little bit.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2005 Very lively and citrusy. Cranberrys maybe? Champagne-like bubbles that tickle the nose. This rate was done before the brewery told you what was in them- hence the stupid remark that I hinted cranberry!!

The bottle i had was 1.5 years old and the beer had matured nicely. Nice complexity in the nose. Mouthfeel was silky. Flavours strongest of bitter orange but spicy and reasonably malty also.
