Éphémère Framboise is the fifth in a series of special and short-lived beers. Its pinkish hue, strong raspberry bouquet and refreshing taste unite to offer you a unique sensory experience. It is an original recipe that has come and gone before you know it!

Its hard not to like an éphemère. Good fruit beer, perfect balance between malt, yeast and raspberries. It can warm you up during the winter, or cool you down in the summer....

pours blond red orange. nice rich head. aroma of fresh ripe Quebec raspberries. sweet and sour proportionate. decent for a light bodied option.

Chilled large bottle in Philadelphia, PA. After drinking Ephemere Apple, I was hoping for a strong raspberry flavour. I found it for the first few seconds after drinking this: the raspberry taste quickly decays into a swirling, creamy, syrupy canal. As with all Unibroue products, a definite step up from my regular drinking habits, but not anything that I would request to go with my last meal.

Mild raspberry aroma with a fairly uninteresting appearance. The flavour is largely dominated by the raspberry, which doesn’t quite overpower the malt which could have a thicker profile. Mildly sweet and generally pretty tasty.

750 mL. Slightly chilled. Pours a hazy golden beer. Very foamy. Raspberries and citrus aromas. Malty taste with hints of raspberries. Dry taste... refreshing. A good summer beer

750 ml bottle... Poors goldish redish with pretty big white head. aroma Is mainly raspberry and taste is also raspberry flavor. Overall I really liked.

750ml. l’amertume des framboises est présente. pas sucrée cette bière n’est pas un jus de framboise mais bien une bière aromatisée. belle couleur. bonne bière.

Uneven fine, lightly pinkish head, over orangeish to transparant terracotta beer. Raspberry aroma (not 100% natural, ’t would seem) mixed with something sharp, unidentifiable, as well as coriander, fer chrissakes. Spicy taste with a faraway raspberry flavour faint, and - indeed - éphémère. Slight tartness. Sharp carbonation - for masking the emptiness? Ephémère in name and in impression. Why the coriander? They are probably ashamed of it themselves, as I needed BOTH glasses and a magnifying glass to read the ingredients list!

Bottle with lunch in Chambly. Poured a slightly hazy orange/amber with a slight pink hue and an average bubbly white head. Aroma was dry and musty with just ahint of raspberry. Light watery body with slight carbonation. Flavor was on the bland side with only a touch of raspberry. The food was so so and the best thing about this lunch by far was the view.

La lie bien mêlée elle est très bonne. Pas du tout âcre, aucun arrière goût, très pétillante, beaucoup de goût de framboise et une très belle couleur ambrée orange et rose. Que demandé de mieux, bravo!
