ok, short version since I just wrote a book on this beer before accidently deleting it. Looks like all unibroues, aroma feint peach and yeast, flavor very weak, palate too cabinated at first but mellowed nicely like all unibroues. JadoreBlanche (114) - London, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 5, 2004
Bottle: Pours a drak straw coloured body, with minimal fizzy head. Aromas of peaches, sugar present. Smells of white wine. Tastes of sweet peaches and wine....definately can taste the alcohol. There is no aftertaste of alcohol however. Very nice beer. mustang3 (254) - Whitby, CANADA - NOV 1, 2004
Hazy orange colour with a very strong peach nose, not quite backed up by the flavour. Typical Unibroue yeast flavour with the peach flavour waxing and waning. Not bad, but a little more complexity and stronger peach flavour would have been good.

Overall a decent beer, but found it lacking in the peach area. Not enough peach in my opinion. Head was almost non-existant, with a straw coloured body. Aroma is sweet peachy aroma with some slight hops, and I mean slight. Smells like a juice. Taste is fake peaches, sugar, and some hops, but doesn’t really taste like a beer. Palate not much to write home about. Left a bit of a weird aftertaste in my throat, and that’s about it. Decent for sure, but just not what I wanted from a peach beer. microakes (160) - CANADA - OCT 14, 2004
This beer has less fruit flavour than it’s brother, the Cassis, but this isn’t a complaint. A good, solid, refreshing beer, and certainly near the top of my list when available. dirkules (629) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 16, 2004
Meh. It’s peachy and that’s about it. I think it wants to be a cider... pootzboy (1739) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 9, 2004
Poured a cloudy straw color....lively effervescence in the glasssmall white cap...aromas of musty peach...sharp peppery start goes to a light body with tart peach tones and bready malts over a slight spiciness from the yeast....finishes clean and refreshingly tart-dry like a ginger ale...you better half will like it if you hope to turn her on to craft bottle conditioned beers...this one will do it. Pours a cloudy orange hue with a small white head. Aromas of ummmm.......peaches, honey and a light yeastiness. Mouthfeel on first taste is sharp with a bitterness. This effects the way the flavors went down. Flavor is peachy and lacking any real depth. Even as a summer brew it wouldn’t stand up to all the other brews that are out there.
