Light blond color; too much foam. Strong apricot aroma (?). The body is a little thin, dry, yeasty; probably would be better if sweeter. Non interesting final. Finally, the aroma is the only interesting point.

Big white long lasting head on a cloudy straw yellow beer. Excellent peach aroma. Soft taste of peaches with some yeast flavour. A slightly dusty finish.

BroueNeault (158) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 16, 2003
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2004 A small head covers that hazy yellow beer. Aroma and taste are dominated by peach. Not bad, but not very pleasant. A bit sickening by the end. My least favourite of the Ephemeres.

BeerPrince (1701) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 6, 2003
Hazy pale yellow body with a huge peach aroma. A bit too sweet and the peach dominated this making this more like a cooler than a beer.

light murky yellow with very little head. soft peach aroma. soft peche taste that thankfully isnt too sweet. not bad, sort of boring.

TipsyMcStager (1139) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 2, 2003
Light peach aroma, some yeast. Pours a murky orange-yellow, excellent lacing and head. Somewhat one-dimentional but I guess that's what most fruit beers are about. Peach in the middle and dry finish.

caledonian (367) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 30, 2003
Hazy yellow-orange color. Kind of fizzy. Somewhat sharp initial feel. Not bad, but not my thing. I wanted beer, got a peach cooler instead.

Boutip (6380) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 20, 2003
Peach colored brew with a distinctive peach taste. Does not taste peach syrup just a light peachy aftertaste. Great head also. One fine fruit beer. Would be interesting to aged a little bit to see the result...

3.2
argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 16, 2003
Murky peach hue topped by small off-white head. Aroma is sweet peach, some tartness. Taste is minimal up front, light peach mid-tongue. Not very sweet, some tartness. Dry light peach finish.

3.6
Strange Brew (157) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 6, 2003
UPDATED: APR 26, 2004 Murky yellow colour, almost looks like peach. Light head, strong peach nose. Fruity, yeasty flavour of peaches with some tartness. The peach remains to the finish but doesn't overwhelm by being too sweet. One of the better peach beers out there.
