Bottled. Pale yellow, hazy, rich head. Strong peach aroma. Lightly acidic, yet super sweet with a dominating flavour of canned peaches in syrup. Somewhat artificial and just too sweet to be refreshing.

Murky, pear juice-colored brew. White creamy head. Retains well. The nose is of peach cobbler, crust and all. Yeasty too. The flavor is fruity and refreshing. Light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Crisp, clean finish. Very nice Summer brew! Thanks to radiomgb for this brew.

Very effervescent, golden yellow. Head disappears but leaves decent lacing. Aroma is strongly of peach. It was drier and more tart (?) than I expected from the aroma. One of the better fruit beers I have had.

Fizzy golden color with a big, though fast-fading white head. Good peachy aroma with subtle malty notes and some bready Belgian yeast. Body is more bland and unbalanced than expected. Starts sweet and artificially peachy which soon fades into a boring standard amber body. Still, not a bad fruit beer, but could use some work.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2003 A little darker shade and cloudier than the green apple, maybe? Quite strong peach aroma initially, perhaps a tad extracty. Taste is tart and snappy, then peachy, then a long fade to an only slightly sugary fake peach ending. Still about the best peach beer I can imagine.

A lovely peach beer - not surprising since it's one of Unibroue's Ephemeres. Frosty peach-toned with a delicate, fresh, and quite sweet aroma. The intensely refreshing and surprising tingle I expected was there, and the flavor was really quite refined. The peach, so easily overdone and sickly sweet in most fruit beers, was subtle and tart...and fleeting, as is appropriate to its lineage! Very nice, and highly recommended!

this was a bit of a disappointment for me, it tasted ike fuzzy peach candy having a fight with ephemere and the peach was winning.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2004 A strike of yeasts emanates from this hazy brew that asks for a first sip. Somehow odd... It seems like you're drinking a beer with the left hand and a peach juice with the right hand, just it's not as bad as it looks. For fruit beers friends only.

cloudy orange colour, fine head, perfumy and strong peachy aroma, overcarbonated, sweet with a touch of acidity, long disgusting peachy finish - unbalanced and disgusting; bad move from Unibroue here

Pale yellow and very cloudy, with large billowy head. Light peach aroma, with muted wheat malts, not much hop aroma. Flavor and palate are dry, but still a modest peachy sweetness rounds it out. Peach isn't as well integrated as it could be.
