cloudy with a big thick head. astoundingly light in body. tangy, lightly zesty, incredibly refreshing. wnp22 (698) - Toronto (Roncesvalles Village), Ontario, CANADA - JUN 20, 2003
Sour light watery peach scent. No head, dirty yellow colour. Flavour is sour peach, not very interesting. Not my favourite Ephemere. Roli (405) - laval, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 19, 2003
Decent peach taste that die quickly. Then comes the taste of the traditionnal Unibroue yeast. Dry finish .. and this one is over. heykevin (1281) - Decorah, Iowa, USA - JUN 8, 2003
Light peachy aroma. Baody is thinnish, flavor is nice, finish dry. Traces of peach and honey remain. Extremely dry finish. Decent though. daboskabouter (1470) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 26, 2003
Pale, slightly hazy yellow color. Wow, very fruity aroma of peach and some yeast with just a hint of spice. Reminded me of that peach gum by Trident. Yum. The body contains a light yeastiness and not quite the abundance of peach as witnessed in the nose. Dries out with a little tartness towards the end, but not enough to make things interesting, just enough to finish things off prematurely. I admit though, it got a bit better with a little food.

Cloudy pale yellow colour with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma of yeast and peach jam. Fizzy mouthfeel, thin body. Slight peach candy flavour alongside the usual Unibroue yeast and a very slight hop note. My least favourite of the Éphémère family. Cartoonkhaki (1280) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 19, 2003
Light golden cloudy mix. Peach nose. Yeasty with peach. Not sweet though like other fruit beers that I have had. I don't feel sick either making this one of the better fruit beer that I have ever had. Sharp sour taste. The plane Ephemere is much nicer. shorlin (721) - St. John’s, Newfoundland, CANADA - MAY 12, 2003
Nice looking beer, with the hazy peachy colour. Big Belgian fruity aroma with the crazy peaches like a Tim Horton's uncarbonated peach juice. I believe the Unibroue meisters may have used Tim Horton's peach juice syrup to make this. The taste, hoever, is very underwhelming. Mild, almost boring. Faily nice soft and peachy aroma . Very true flavour which is important , medium body , a bit more creamy at the end . Nice yeasty bed , on frot soft flavouring . Was not overdone , plesant brew . joeycapps (1468) - Waterdown, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 8, 2003
Moderately clear yellow w/ decent sized fluffy white head. Peach marmalade & strawberry jam nose. Syrupy body--could use more carbonation. Very sweet peach flavour w/ an underlying yeasty sourness. Dry, lightly hopped finish.
