What a nice product. In a light belgian ale base a rich peach character is displayed for all. For a summer beer this is heaven in a bottle. beanmedic (348) - Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 5, 2005
Fantastic bubbly pale yellow yeasty beer. wonderful peach aroma and flavour. very refreshing. JadoreBlanche (114) - London, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 5, 2004
Bottle: Pours a drak straw coloured body, with minimal fizzy head. Aromas of peaches, sugar present. Smells of white wine. Tastes of sweet peaches and wine....definately can taste the alcohol. There is no aftertaste of alcohol however. Very nice beer. jongen (2) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 19, 2004 does not count
A nice dessert beer, sweet-tasting without being your ordinary chich drink. Very pleasant aftertaste, perhaps my favorite Éphémère. Dry mouthfeel, which is pretty much its only evident disadvantage. MartinT (10155) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 9, 2002
Creamy, yeasty peach cider...Drinkable opulence and hearty fruit beer...Dreaming of summer (even though this is supposed to be a winter beer)...

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2003 Another Ephémere with the BIG WHITE HEAD and same straw colour. This one is definitely PEACH baby! I don't know about the confusion about the other Ephemeres and their critics claiming the peach flavour; this is it. Slightly sweeter than the other seasonal Unibroue beers. Excellent example of a brewery trying something new and getting it right! A vos santé... Metalchopz (3680) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 6, 2010
Originally rated in 2007. Man, I have not seen this one for many years. I use to buy it all the time. I think they made it for fall season. It also came in a tester pack with all the other Ephemère brews. Had a great peach nose and taste. Was cloudy and light orange colour with a white head. I wish they would bring this one back. hoppygrrrl (104) - Albion, Michigan, USA - JUL 18, 2003
A lovely peach beer - not surprising since it's one of Unibroue's Ephemeres. Frosty peach-toned with a delicate, fresh, and quite sweet aroma. The intensely refreshing and surprising tingle I expected was there, and the flavor was really quite refined. The peach, so easily overdone and sickly sweet in most fruit beers, was subtle and tart...and fleeting, as is appropriate to its lineage! Very nice, and highly recommended! hopscotch (11448) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 26, 2003
Murky, pear juice-colored brew. White creamy head. Retains well.
The nose is of peach cobbler, crust and all. Yeasty too.
The flavor is fruity and refreshing.
Light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation.
Crisp, clean finish.
Very nice Summer brew! Thanks to radiomgb for this brew. Boutip (6628) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 20, 2003
Peach colored brew with a distinctive peach taste. Does not taste peach syrup just a light peachy aftertaste. Great head also. One fine fruit beer. Would be interesting to aged a little bit to see the result...
