Mild yeaty aroma with a hint of citrus. Cloudy dark straw coloured with small white fully diminshing head. Sweet mildly fruity flavour. Over-carbonated for my taste - it's a got a prickly mouthfeel. Bottle. redlem (1306) - Ohio, USA - OCT 23, 2003
Hazy rosy golden color with a small fizzy head. Light yeast aroma, some bread. Not much taste, some carbonation for a nice mouthfeel. Kind of lackluster in aroma and taste and lacks any real Unibroue characteristics, bland. Schroppfy (2360) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - OCT 16, 2003
Very typical Unibroue blonde beers, yeasty and nice, some earthy bits, good spritzy body. daboskabouter (1470) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 10, 2003
Light hazy gold. Yeast, lightly fruity nose. Sweet malt and front, quite yeasty. Dries up quick. I'm with Doug, a drainpour from Unibroue? DougShoemaker (3147) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 26, 2003
Almost no aroma, light yellow, fluffy head. Not much flavour, thin, fails to live up to the expectations of this fine Brewery.

Hazy gold/yellow. Fluffy white head. Yeasty, peppery, somewhat fruity aroma. Spritzy, effervescent feel. Yeasty, fruity, peppery flavour. Unibroue house character evident. Oakes (17664) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 20, 2003
Hazy blond. Some biscuity notes and fading earthiness. Lots of yeast, but slight of body and palate. Doesn't even live up to Kamouraska standards, let alone the impeccable St-Hubert. A reprise of that recipe would have been a good idea. jgb9348 (6250) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - SEP 20, 2003
Cloudy golden colour with a thick white head. A slight appley aroma with no hops nor malt. Ver light beer, and not great. Even worse than the noir, but great to try! Aftertaste almost completely bland, and nothing strong going on! I sampled this beer at Joey_Capps' on 13-September-2003 in Hamilton, Ontario. Cartoonkhaki (1280) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 17, 2003
Cloudy yellow with a hint of apples. Not the best type of flavour for my liking but still quite drinkable. jercraigs (10365) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 17, 2003
Cloudy pale yellow. Slight bitterness, and like the dark the flavour is dominated by yeast notes. Will probably give this one another shot on a fresher palate, but again, like the dark is disappointing for such a hard to find brew.
