With La Bolduc, Unibroue recreated an "Old Style" beer reminiscent of the 1950s. A natural and refreshing beer.

[At Fete de la Biere, Lausanne] A light orange beer with a small head. The aroma is slight with notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, oranges, and coriander. Quite unusual for a pilsener.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, yeast and some hops. Flavour is fruity, raisiny, quite yeasty and also quite big on the herbs. Leaves quite earthy notes in the aftertaste.

copper colour, fine head, subtile peach and orange aroma, some acidity, nice body, long bitter and slightly spicy aftertaste - makes me much more impression than the first time I tasted it
