355 ml bottle. Hazy honey gold color. Moderate sized fluffy white head. Nice lacing. Perfumy, yeasty nose. Hints at cat pee. Soft, sweet, yeasty biscuit malt upfront. Slightly medicinal, citrus notes. Dry, citrus peel and coriander notes in finish. Mellow, boozy and mitigating. Interesting.

brassy copper pour. aroma botanicals some honey wax, some bog myrtle. tastes a bit old and sludgy with a sharp edge of booze.

Early November 2017. Always nice to see a new Unibroue. Flowery, effervescent Belgian Honey Ale. Sublime Belgo/Quebecois sensibilities...great mouthfeel. Pretty much nails it. Full bodied, but not overbearing. Quality stuff.

Damn fine Belgian Strong. Not as good as most Unibroue beers I've had but still very nice. Light toasted malts, caramel, bread and wheat notes, light honeyed aroma, mild floral and spicy hop notes. Super estery with a classic Unibroue yeast strain flavour. Slightly astringent, mildly bitter but quite dry despite the honey presence. Nice floral and citrus profile with light spice notes. Booze is hidden well. Nice beer overall.

[9382-20170704] 750mL bottle. Floral yeasty honey aroma. Hazy, pale orange brown body with a big long-lasting foamy white head. Bitter honey grains and floral pee flavour. Medium body. Not a fan. (5/3/5/3/10) 2.6
