355 ml bottle. Hazy honey gold color. Moderate sized fluffy white head. Nice lacing. Perfumy, yeasty nose. Hints at cat pee. Soft, sweet, yeasty biscuit malt upfront. Slightly medicinal, citrus notes. Dry, citrus peel and coriander notes in finish. Mellow, boozy and mitigating. Interesting.
Clear, honey colored brew poured into a glass from the 12 oz bottle. A bit hazy. The dense head is off-white and quite durable. BB date stamp: 05-2020.
Aroma: lightly sweet with yeast, hints of honey, and light earthy hops.
Flavor: follows the aroma; has a pronounced honey character, with light malt, a touch spicy/earthy hops and Belgian yeast. Sweet with mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: moderate carbonation with a near full body. AleRider78 (1547) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 25, 2018
Part of mixed 12 pack. Pours a big foamy bubbly off-white head and has a hazy golden orangey appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Somewhat excessive carbonation. Aromas of Belgian yeast, subtle honey and floral notes. Flavours are sweet malts, Belgian yeast, quite strong honey notes mostly in the finish. Some bitterness in the finish as well but the honey doesn't seem to blend well with the rest, it's kind of a little off-putting. Not one of my favourite Unibroue beers for sure..

341ml bottle part of a tasting pack from Beerstore. Pours an opaque amber colour with a small head that reduces into a film that lingers. Aromas Brett yeast and some citrus. Taste is fruity with some notes of honey and some Saison-like Brett yeast towards the finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Pours clear gold with a nice frothy white. Nose is sweet with plenty of fruit and coriander and a touch of honey. Flavor is oddly dry but well balanced. Good stuff NikkTwist (3511) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 13, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 13, 2018 Draft at Khyber Pass. Very hazy golden pour with slim off-white foam that mostly disappears. Orange blossoms. Honeycomb. Bee pollen. Apricots. Oyster crackers. Not overly sweet. ABV well hidden. Finds its niche.

Rated on 12-25-2017. Bottle BB 05/29/20. My Christmas Day beer. The appearance is a large frothy, semi-fizzy off-white head that is mostly lasting, hazy light golden body, fast rising carbonation, and spotty lacing. The aroma is citrus, honey, wheat, floral, fruity, spicy, sweet, caramel, and pale malt. The flavor presents very light bitterness, honey, yeast, spices, sweet, pale malt, and a very dry finish. The mouthfeel is oily and this beer is medium-full bodied. This is an easy drinking beer with the ABV well hidden. This is the first beer of this style that I have had in a long time. It is not one of the better Unibroue beers that I have drank/rated but it is worth trying and it is a beer that I would drink again. It is somewhat refreshing. pumpmaster (1474) - Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA - DEC 25, 2017
