Kind of like mini Don de Dieu (nose and color).Nose is very similar with cherry, ceral and vanilla notes.Very good carbonation which differs a bit from Don de Dieu.Taste is crisp and curacao-like.Overall,i think it is Unibroue’s hidden gem.Very hard to find and surely not widely distributed.Sadly so. daboskabouter (1470) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 15, 2001
UPDATED: OCT 29, 2003 2000 tasted in 2003. With age the complexity of the unibroue yeast really elevated. Less dominant and tasting quite thick, almost leathery. Nice fruitiness with some pepper and definitly a noticeable alcohol kick. SimonPatrice (312) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 14, 2002
Sans Nom 2000
Amber/orange colour, long lasting head. Yeast, alcool, orange peels and icing sugar aroma. This beer has a full palate, warming mouthfeel which finishes on a sugary note mixed with hop bitterness. It seemed a bit similar to Delirium Tremens. I’ll go drink a bottle of it and see. It doesn’t have that much in common with delirium tremens after all. I like Sans nom better.

Yellow-deep orange colour, cloudy, tall, whipped cream-like head, beatiful Belgian lace. Alcoholic, tripel-like aroma. well balanced flavour, fruity with hints of bananna, apple and vanilla. Bock like in its malt complexity. This is one of the best that Unibroue has to offer. OKBeer (1171) - Halifax, Nova Scotia, CANADA - JUN 14, 2004
2004 Mondial de la Biere Ratebeer Gathering at Tiggmtl’s. Cloudy orange/amber with a white frothy head. Caramel, citrus (orange, light lemon) aroma. Lemon, orange, caramel, and alcohol flavours. Lightish body, but refreshing. Thanks again to Rastacouere for sharing another rarity. mrkimchee (1414) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 20, 2004
hazy gold, fluffy white head. honey and malt aroma with fruit and citrus and unibroue yeast. orangey fruit flavour and a bit of caramel with a bit of spice and yeast. peppery and boozy finish. nice to finally try this again.
