COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beautiful orangey-amber colour, with a generous head. Very effervescent. Notes of citrus, spices, caramel in the nose. Very complex. Sometimes vanilla. Full bodied and complex, sweet, followed by and explosion of flavours. Clearly the best.

Bottle 75cl. Clear medium orange amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, plum, sugar, apple ? alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (020408)

Århus2008. 75 cL bottle. Pours almost clear orange with a lacng white head. Overripe fruit aroma. Flavour is fruity and solid malt flavoured. Ends with a light fruity dense and malty flavour. Somewhat a bit on the dull side - although not bad.

Aroma is plum, some caramel malts, spices, mild notes of alcohol as well as some slight wooden and yeasty notes as well. Flavour is dark dry fruits, some raisins, mild alcohol, caramel malts, spices as well as some slight nectary notes.

1st November 2008. Cloudy amber beer. Smooth malt with a pleasing amount of chocolate but dominated by some sour fruit. Dry finish with a pinch of spice. Nice bite from the carbonation. Well joined up.
