Very unoffending beer. Thin, pale yellow colour. Aroma is grain with a hint on honey. Taste is very thin, malt and hop. There really isn’t much to this beer, it’s not very memorable or interesting. Unibroue should almost discontinue the "U" line as they just drag down the Unibroue name. jonas (7571) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - AUG 17, 2009

Bottle, purchased at Bonisour in Montreal. Body is clear gold with white head. Has a dry mouthfeel, soewhat offensive. Generic malts, some corn, borderline offensive tinny hop bitterness. - paraphrased from pwn3d. EnSiFeRuM (501) - Quebec, CANADA - MAR 18, 2009
Bottle. Dark yellow. Minimal head. Light straw scent. Slighty harsh hops, light sweetness and unpleasant 3rd world finish.

Bottle, purchased at Bonisour in Montreal. Pour clear gold, white head leaves quickly. Has a dry mouthfeel, not very pleasant. On the full side for a lager. Generic malts, some corn, borderline offensive tinny hop bitterness. Disappointing to see this carrying the Unibroue name - but I guess it has its target market.. Bottle: Pours a light clear golden with dense white film of head. Smells of sweet cheap pale malts and a touch of lager-y fruitiness. No hops. Light fluffy feel with a sweet pale malt flavor. Almost a touch of corn in its sweetness and lack of hops. Very unexciting and lacks bitterness. speedywinger (30) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 22, 2008
Bottle from Quebec. Small white head on a clear golden body. Aroma of light malts, corn, apple and grass. Flavor of lightly sweet malts, corn. Not much aftertaste at all. Not offensive but nothing exciting here. Probably better than most of the big macro pilsners, but only slightly. Light to medium slightly dry palate. Time to taste how Unibroue makes it’s beers "more accessible" first off why even try!!
Gold coloured body with white head that laces around the rim of the glass. Aroma is light malts with some grassy hay. Flavour is very mild... there is nothing really to note about it other then being inoffensive. Mild malty sweet and very bland bitterness. Nothing really. Body is light but not that watery. Bottle from a random depanneur in Montreal. Light golden with a good sized snow white cap of foam. Mild aroma of bland malt and slightly herbal hops. Thin body with a sticky finish. Flavour is quite sweet, with notes of icing sugar, and a faintly hopped finish. Bland, inoffensive, mainstream - everything Unibroue isn’t supposed to be. Meh.
