Beautiful color with a nice white head. Very refreshing taste and small enjoyable after taste. One of my favorite Unibroue product. shorlin (721) - St. John’s, Newfoundland, CANADA - SEP 22, 2000
Quite a good pilsener made in Quebec.

Yellow clear gold, nose of light spicy malt. Doughy with crisp grassy hops. The flavor is a bit musky, tart but pronounced. Can stand up to a bit but not too flavorful. CapFlu (5129) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 29, 2002
A very refreshing pilsner; better than your regular commercial brands. Nice foamy white head and mellow flavour. Roli (405) - laval, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 28, 2002
A commercial attempt, sure, it is not the best Unibroue beer but we can't blame em, its just to make commercial beer drinker come to the compagnie and if thjey love this they may try some of their other beer.
Still a resfreshing beer.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2003 Blonde beer with a good head that quits fast like most pils. Fresh cereals nose. Very refreshing taste. Very light, lemon notes. Not complex, but beside the sad lack of taste, I can't see any defaults, okay balance, but could use some mroe hops. BroueNeault (158) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 25, 2003
Clear yellow beer with a nice head that vanishes quickly. Yeasty and malty aroma. The taste is not exceptional, but very refreshing. A good summer beer. mustang3 (254) - Whitby, CANADA - NOV 23, 2004
Yellowy in colour with a sort of damp fruity nose. My girlfriend said it smelled like a skunk. Pretty straightforward lager with some fruity flavours, no real bitterness. Bland, but not bad. pootzboy (1787) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 22, 2005
Bottled: Impressive clear Sleeman-like package. In my pilsner flute this appeared as a pale straw lager with a lot of sprtizy carbonation and a smallish cap that goes quickly to a ring...some lace. Aroma was more encouraging; a nice saaz pilsner bouquet fills the nose and the room, some citrus, some grass and sweet boiled grains. Sprtizy mouth feel, reveals a light bodied, sweet malt pilsner with little bittering but well rounded hop-malt balance. Saaz taste without bittering through infusion has produced a tastey, lemony light bready finish. A step above the mega pilsners in Canada Cirrhosis (1283) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 9, 2009
Very bright light gold with a good bubble ring, looks good for what it is I guess. Malty sweet aroma with slight banana and a bitter that has no sent to it. Sweet bready flavor with a nice hoppy bitterness in the finish. The is a slight chemical flavor what I can’t pin down. Nice clean highly drinkable taste but I would go out of my way to drink another that’s for sure.
