Pint at Alewife. Pours hazy dark copper with a long lasting white head. Great aroma on this: pungent with citrusy hops and a strong rye quality. Rye is full bodied in the flavor too with loads of lemony hops highlighting everything. I like that the rye is full flavored and the hops don’t lack any strength either. Very well done. Nice deep copper/red pour. Aroma of hops and rye. Head was about 1 finger and off white. Lacing was very nice throughout the beer. Hoppy taste up front but not too much bitterness, the rye put a dry finish on that cut the acidity in the hops. Good mouthfeel as it was not too thick but was defiantly something to it.
