Can. Pours a flat black body with a one finger fizzy dark brown head that faded to a thin film. The nose is heavy roasted malt with some coffee, dark cocoa, burnt caramel, and a little oatmeal. The flavor is on the sweeter side, presumably from the oats, because its not sweet in the usual caramel way. Heavy burnt and roasted maltiness, some slight alcohol on the finish. Some lighter coffee, some slight citrusy hops, and a touch of licorice. Medium to full bodied with a nice smooth softness to it, light fizzy carbonation. Pretty decent beer, wasnt expecting this one to be so big.

Nice looking stout. I get the "creaminess" but not sure about the "imperial". It hides the % well behind a well malted beer. Not all I need to some snow for this perfect winter beer.

Deep dark reddish-brown beer with a medium foamy beige head that lasts a while. Nose of Mexican chocolate, medium sweet coffee, and vanilla. Flavor is balanced between sweet and bitter with cocoa, vanilla, and mocha followed quickly by charred brown bread and smoke. The after-taste retains more of the bitterness which lasts quite some time. Solid oatmeal stout.

12oz can poured into my new Engel sell glass, interesting shape. Very dark brown color but looks black. Aroma is dry black malts, fumy and ashy. Flavor is clean, dry ,light bitter malt, light paper. Its fine but dull, not sure where the oatmeal is. Doesnt seem like 8%.

Opaque black with a medium tan head. Oatmeal nose with some sweet chocolate notes...fresh. Cardboard and chocolate, overwhelming bittering hops. Too bitter for the style. Creamy head, but strong carbonation. The bitterness lingers. Not a favorite.

Just the right level of hops to make this much better than Guinness. Nice dark color and tan head, plenty of chocolate and smoke but not overdone. Not much lacing
