Little cloudy light orange beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, I’m thinking of cardamom, some citrus, little herbal, bit dusty. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty spicy, oranges, bit dusty, particular spices, thinking cardamom again, bit sugary. Aftertaste: little bitter, quite some orange peel, some overripe fruits, pretty soft, some chemical bitterness, pretty herbal as well.
Gushing to huge, ultra-dense, stable, pinky-cream head, over pale orange-amber beer with a lot of UFO’s. Very faint nose, some sweet malts, faintly spicy. Quite bitter at first, grainy, and spicy (ginger-ish). Yeast, but not really estery. Finish has again some maltsweetness, turning fruity and even rosewater warming up. Sharpish, heavily carbonated MF, slick, maybe medium bodied. Neutral, dull, inoffensive... Thanks to Geroen!< /I>
