COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The fact that our "Leicht Weiße" as good and distinctive taste is due to the complex, but qualitatively incomparable bottle fermentation at low alcohol and only 23 kcal. / 100 ml

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2017 Tap. Light to moderate cereal and faint caramel for the malt, light herbs for the hops, light dough for the yeast. Head is large, frothy, light beige, with good lacing and is fully lasting. Color is muddy grayish tan. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is on the lighter side of medium, watery, with a lively to fizzy carbonation. Not much to this kind of flat German Hefeweisse.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig fruchtig. Geschmack dezent hefig, fruchtig, leicht bananig, etwas würzig.

Poured orange color with a thin head. Aroma was yeast and wheat. Flavor was wheat and some spicy notes. Watery.

(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of wheat, lemons and grass, with a hint of maggots and wood shavings. flavour is mostly the same, lemons and wheat, with light notes of caramel and a slightly tart finish. light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. a nice thirst-quencher.

It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of wheat, yeast and light fruit. The flavor is sweet with light notes of wheat, yeast and a little fruit and the finish is slightly spicy. Easy to drink, but there are other leichte weisse’s with a lot more flavor.

Bottled 500ml. -at Brauereigasthof Bürgerbräu, Bad Reichenhall, Bavaria, Germany.
Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white head, light wheaty fruity nose. There’s not much difference between nose and taste; both are very light wheaty and fruity. Hint of cloves near the end. Unnecessary beer.
