Bottle in bar of Trockau gasthof. Cloudy orange amber gold lasting cream head. its a decent weisse but its quite sweet toffee. Toffee banana. Not much hop or spice. A little spice later on. But a sweetish toffee banana until a lasting stinging finosh. Ok.

Erzengel (8743) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - FEB 6, 2015

Idiosynkrasie (7516) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUL 18, 2014
330ml bottle. Dirty yellowish, golden colour of tremendous opacity with average, frothy, off-white head. Fruity, wheaty aroma, notes of banana, pear, apple, baked apple and baked banana, a bready touch, some clove. Taste is slightly fruity wheaty, just minimal sweetness and a cautious tart touch cross the aroma-invoked expectations, nevertheless malt accentuated, slightly bready, herbal hoppy overtones. Considering the masses of floating particles and the inviting aroma, the resulting taste is rather weak and slighty disappointing on the yeasty side; minimally watery at that..

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 1, 2014
bottle from Bierzwerg. Cloudy golden yellow, creamy white head. Wheaty and yeasty, pleasantly fruity but not as full of banana and chewing gum flavours as many others. Classic Weizen.

mile (3947) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 1, 2014
Bottle. Golden, cloudy, average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – light wheat and lightly sweetish aroma, light fruitiness and light banana with light yeast. Body is light to medium, malty – some wheat and lightly sweetish flavor, light fruitiness and banana. Finish is short to average, malty – lightly wheaty and dryish - lightly sweetish, faint fruitiness and light banana, light yeast. Bit thin-bodied hefeweizen - not too sweet though.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice creamy head. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, fruity like banana, some notes of apricot. Mild sweetish. Finish more malty. Okay.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes oranges Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig, hefig, leicht würzig. Geschmack hefig, erfrischend fruchtig, reife Bananen, etwas würzig.
