Draught at the pub. This was publicly released about ten or so days ago at the first ever Cornfest in Bloomington. Bright golden with a short-lived white head. Aroma is light malt with a rounded bready character, and I’m pretty sure I recognize this yeast from my own experiments with fermentation. Mild, quenching maltiness on a medium body, very low fruitiness, smooth feel reminds of a soft Märzen with extra lagering time. The best aspect here by far is the aftertaste, which lasts long and reminds of toast crust and the still-moist innards of new bread. Very happy with this.
