From notes. Enjoyed this one at the Brew Crew Bash in Ann Arbor on May 21. This one was poured from a 750 mL bottle. The pour is a bright hazy golden yellow with a larger white head that crisply fades down to a thinner ring. The aroma is pretty good. There is a lot of fruitiness to it, but it’s definitely lacking a big sour blast that we’ve come to know and love from Upland. It’s got a bit of lemon and persimmon on the front end, and a nice paw paw addition about half way through. The lacto doesn’t really sour this one as much as we’d like, and there is a light maltiness. It’s got a juicy sweetness about it that I’m not crazy about. The flavor is much of the same. There is an excellent fruitiness throughout, but the lacto just doesn’t sour it enough. The juices really are the sweetness that I’m not too fond of. It’s a good beer, I just wish that this were more sour. The mouth feel is spot on. There is a crisp tartness to it, it’s light and clean, with a effervescent carbonation and a lingeringly fruity finish. If it were more sour and tart, this would be an excellent sour. Nose is zingy citric peel, Mandarin, sharp orange, funky tunes, light hop exhaust.
Taste comprises zesty lemon, apricot tang, acidic bite, funky tropicana.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Solid juicy sour.

This one is wonderful.
Pouring at EBF 2016. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Passion fruit, musk, yogurt on the nose. Big and chewy, fruit, musk, acid. Long funky fruit, more passion fruit, tropical notes and yogurt. Probably my favorite of the festival. Gorgeous stuff.
