Rated on 11-30-2016. Bottle - Best enjoyed by March 2017. The appearance of this beer is a very small off-white head that quickly dissipated, cloudy amber golden body, fast rising carbonation, and no lacing. The aroma is citrus hops, pine hops, tropical fruit, and pineapple. The flavor presents a moderate bitterness, citrus hops, pine hops, pineapple, coconut, malt, and sweet. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and watery. This beer is light-medium bodied. This beer finishes with a moderate bitter aftertaste and it is slightly too citrusy tasting for my palate. Other than that, it is worth trying. rxeight (3252) - Illinois, USA - FEB 21, 2017
12 oz bottle. Enjoy by April 2017. Hazy yellow with some sediment floating around. Aroma is pineapple juice. Smells good unfortunately the taste doesn’t follow it up. Some pineapple but not as sweet juicy or tart as the aroma let on. Dry malty, chalky finish. AirForceHops (7820) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 6, 2017
Sampled @ Extreme Beer Fest, 4 Feb, 17. Aroma is mostly pineapple with a hint of orange peel or citrus rind. shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JAN 15, 2017
The flavor has a great amount of tropical fruits. The coconut got lost in here for me but it is a nice palate refresher and has a near IPA pine bitterness in the finish. Body and carbonation work. Easy enough to drink.
Bottle. Pineapple, coconut, biscuit malt, orange peel, and pine aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet intense pineapple, coconut, light biscuit malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Pineapple dominates. crossovert (13914) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 14, 2017
355ml bottle. This is a real nice one, juicy pineapple character, tropical coconut, everything is well-balanced. Great one.

Aroma of fresh pineapple and grapefruit on the nose. Deep yellow color with an off white head. Sweet pineapple/malt up front. Bitterness is uneven, a bit heavy for the delicate tropical flavors. Some cattiness in there as well. Watery mouthfeel. Probably a better summer seasonal. thedm (6319) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - DEC 13, 2016
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy fine to medium sized dark white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a hazy yellow orange colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was musty and fruity. The mild citrus mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a medium fruity aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of mild citrus pineapple and coconut. An OK brew just nothing special. nuplastikk (6456) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 11, 2016
12oz bottle. Hazy orange body. Thin white head. Pretty pleasant as far as fruit beers go. The mosaic really balanced out the pineapple and coconut in a cool way. Really drinkable. Pretty excellent Pina Colada beer. wlajwl (7072) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - DEC 11, 2016
Aroma is tropical fruit and mild notes of citrus and nutty coconut. The flavor is pineapple/tropical fruit, mild coconut, malts and a hoppy/slight hop resin finish. b3shine (9150) - Indiana, USA - NOV 29, 2016
Draft to pint at The Pint Room. Looks solid; a slightly hazy orange with eggshell head. Smells and tastes of pine, citrus, caramel, and tropical fruit with a moderately bittersweet backbone. Pineapple and coconut. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied and moderately bitter. Enjoyable.
