Bottle... Pours mostly clear and amber with a mid-sized, white head. Terrific retention. The aroma is both funky and fruity - fallen peaches and apricots, woodiness and a light note of aged cheese. Full-bodied with airy carbonation. The flavor is super tart, offering stone fruits, raw oak funkiness, tannins and citric acid up the wazoo. Some acetic acid as well. Tart, bright and dry in the finish. Bottle courtesy of newcigarz! cpetrone84 (1810) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 9, 2014
