Level 42 Bottle share. Thanks to Coleeen. Very hazy gold beer, some lonely cream colour bubbles. Palate is light and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Light coconut, a little coconut cream. Sour peach with a dose of lemon. Mild acid. Generic fruits. Light finish. Coconut linger. Not bad. Like the coconut, not sure it was intended though!

Bottle share at Floor 42, with thanks to Cloin. As ’Upland Peach Lambic’, no ABV stated. Thick pour - light brown, opaque, looks like fruit juice, no real head. Aroma is a little vinegary, tangerine, apple, a little acetone, rhubarb. Body is smooth and oily, tingly carbonation. Taste is light, apple, varnish, gloopy sugars, light acidity. Sweet, not very acidic in the flavour.

Leighton (21258) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 9, 2016
Bottle shared in London - thanks to Colin. Pours hazy orange with no head. Tangy aroma, some sweat, apricot, peach, tangerine. Light to medium sweet flavor with juicy tangerine, zesty citrus, some salty sweat, mellow acetic burn. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Tart finish, a little spicy, with more tangy citrus, salty bite. Good beer, but the condition is a little low.

Bottle at Level 42, from a trade with the Bald Wizzard - cheers Joe, 09/06/16. Murky orange with a moderate off white swirl that soon collapses. Nose is mellow peach, light smoked straw, light wood must, funk, shades of vanilla. Taste comprises more mellow peach, soft fleshy fruits, light mango pulp, tangy citrics, light funk. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light acidic bite and gentle puckering in the close. Decent peach affair but no great.

Tap...the aroma of fresh sweet juicy peaches is a great counter to the sour funk of the beer. That balance between the sweet fruit and acidic funk makes this very interesting brew to savor and contemplate. Outstanding.
