Clear medium red orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate tart, raspberry, oak, barnyard - funk. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, raspberry, strawberry, dry, "hÃ¸nserÃ¸v". Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Fantastic drinkability. 
From bottle, blind #7. Pours cloudy orange with a fully gone head. Dense peachy and light acidic aroma. Dry acidic, slight phenolic and distinct peachy flavoured. Dry acidic flavoured finish. Scopey 5K Tasting in deepest Croydonia. Thanks to Colin. Murky deep red beer, small head. Palate is dry.and crisp and airy. Pretty sour, almost acidic. Sharp raspberry, touch of sherbet. Light finish. Burns on the way down so yes, too acidic.

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2015 Bottle at Beerwarming Party. Pours a very cloudy gold with a filmy, white head. Tart berry aroma with light yeast. Flavor is sour throughout, lightly sweet, with berry notes, especially tart, bitter strawberry. Light to medium in body with high, fine carbonation. Finishes sour, clean and dry. Pretty nice. Bottle shared at the Scopey 5K tasting. Cheers! Pours murky dark purple with a creamy, white head. Big acetic raspberry aroma. Very sour, quite cleansing, with moderate acidity and jammy raspberry. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish with tart raspberries and acetic burn. Ballsy stuff. Enjoyable in small doses. (February 2014, score 3.5)
Die Fruchtnoten wirken schon zu Beginn eher künstlich, immerhin nicht zu süß. Die Säuerlichkeit ist nur schwach ausgeprägt, geht aber gerade noch in Ordnung. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Upland Bieren vertragen sich Säure und Frucht hier aber weniger. Zum Ende eher herb als sauer, trocken. Gelungenes Bier, das aber durchaus noch Verbesserungspotential hat. 5/7/8/9/12/8
