COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the spring of 2006, I brewed 300 gallons of top-fermented beer using wild yeast to create a Belgian-style Lambic. We conditioned the beer in oak casks and then initiated a secondary fermentation in the casks using whole fruit from Huber’s Orchard in Starlight, Indiana. You should experience a tart, almost sour taste balanced by the aromatic and richly flavorful addition of whole raspberries - perfect to share with friends, and a platter of good cheese and fresh fruit. - Caleb Staton, Head Brewer

2013 vintage. Super acidic flavor. Enamel piercing and extra dry. Aromas are wafting raspberries. They get drowned out a bit by the acid. I dig the acid but get why some may not.

Large shared bottle labelled "Raspberry". Flavor: Very tart! So tart it’s readily perceptible in the aroma.

2013 bottle thanks to Reiss. Aroma is huge vinegar and funky sour raspberry. Tastes so insanely tart and sour. Huge vinegar and acid too. It’s good but it’s just so extreme.

Bottle. Pours clear candi apple, small white pink head, some lacing. Aroma is raspberry, sulphur, leaves. Flavor is light plus tart, very light funk, raspberries and sulphur. Medium body, high carbonation. Sulphuric, which is not a feature I am looking for in my beer.

Smell and taste is really deep raspberry. Sometimes Upland can taste like vinegar, but not this bottle. Liked it better than raspberry Cantillons if that tells you anything. Light to medium body, light sharp carbonation, and mild fizzy foam.

Deep murky dark raspberry hue, no head, with a lovely fruity raspberry tart candy and raspberry sorbet aroma. Big tart raz flavor with lovely candy undertones, quite a bit of acetic, bone dry finish wth raz and blackberry fruitiness. Amazing. Huge fruit, huge acidity.

Bottle shared by a friend. Pours clear pink with a thin white head. Aroma of raspberry, malt and sour fruit. Malty flavor quickly giving way to rasperry and funk before a super sour finish.

Bottle. Pours bright red with minimal white head. Aroma is very funky, oaky, lots of raspberry. May be my ideal smelling beer, it’s so aromatic and well balanced with funk and berry. Taste is very sour throughout, high carbonation, lots of raspberry. Overall, an absolutely delicious beer!

Sample courtesy of and shared with Kermis. No head or carbonation. Murky cherry coloured pour. Super sour. Some raspberries. Undrinkable.

Bottle shared. Pours murky red purple with no head. Aroma is big lactic and tart raspberry. Flavour is light sweet and heavy sour. Light to medium bodied with a harsh acidic burning palate, melting it’s way straight though my body and giving me a second asshole. Not good.
