UPDATED: JAN 27, 2017 Poured from a 2014 vintage, 750 ml bottle. Aroma is very fruity with red grapes, plums, cherries, cranberries and melon. Light citrus and oak notes. Some moderately strong, red apple, and cider notes as well. Pours a hazy, pale golden- copper color with orange and red notes and a small, thin, white head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a medium light acidity that isn?t sharp at all. Light oak notes. Very fruity like in the aroma. Lots of plum, red apple, cranberry and red grapes. Light tannins. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, this is a nice beer. Great fruity notes with some balanced red wine notes. Acidity is present, but not too strong or sharp. Sweetness helps balance the acidity. Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate cherry, light oak, mild lemon, funk, and vinous notes. It pours a slightly hazy reddish-orange with a small off white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a thin ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of light-moderate cherry (slightly more sweet than tart). There is some light cola in the middle. Portrait: Une belle robe rosée saumon, pas de mousse. Un nez bien acide et boisé avec des notes de vin rouge. Une bouche légèrement vinaigrée et acide. Le bois est bien présent. Finale acido-vinaigré. Meilleure que celle au vin blanc.
750mL thanks to tastybeer! Hazy orange color with a white layer of foam. Strawberry tart nose, sugar glazed berry dessert, rich cake. Flavor is strawberry daiquiri, lactic acid forward, low salt and vinegar from some mild acetic acid. Gains some complexity as it warms with slight grape tannins and feeling a bit more Flemish red in some areas and less fruity. Slight spicy barrel comes through. Really good. Pours a cloudy reddish-brown color with a medium thin off-white head that burns away quickly to a sparse outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Pouring at EBF 2016. Pours a hazed amber with a thin white head. Soft red fruit, plums and berries. Medium bodied, big acid, a cetic, toast. Nutty, berries, acid. Tangy, big acid. Malt, acid, funk.

Pour is clear copper with a smaller amount of tight lightly tan head. Nose is a bit muddled, light fruity notes with some dusty brett and grain notes behind. Taste is a bit more integrated, fruits get berry like. Finish is lightly tart, brett is overshadowed, barrel has a presence mid to late palate. Body is bit thicker than light, strong carb, fruits linger.
