From a polypin at the Orchard, Bristol 9/11/10. Pale orange in colour with a slight haze. An easy drinking cider, with plenty of gentle apple fruit, a touch of cheesiness and oak, and a dryish finish. Pleasant. MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 17, 2010

Clean mid gold colour. Really dry and fruity on the nose. Gloriously dry and effortlessly drinkable. Big and juicy and fruity. This actually drinks like lambic and, obviously, I love it for that. Very citric and slightly acidic. Fantastic mouthfeel. Superb stuff.
Cask (handpump) at the Pembury Tavern, Hackney, 31 July 2009. Pale and slightly hazy. Lots of skinny fruit. Quite light tannin. Pleasant and easy drinking but not particularly farmyardy or challenging.

Unclear medium orange color with virtually none. Aroma is barnyard, apple, cheese. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and scrumpy with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
Pembury Tavern. Hazy orangeish colour, no head. Aroma is apples, yeast, some mild earth and mildly cheesy notes. Flavour is apples, some mild wood, fruits and cheesy notes. Quite pleasant.
