Tap. This poured with crazy amounts of white fluffy foam that took forever to tame and get a full pour. When I could finally drink this the aroma was yeast yeast yeast, banana bread, just too much yeast. Flavor was overwhelmed by the aroma and I couldn’t get the subtle sourness anything out of it. I would count this as a lesson learned much like the pacmac yeast experiment, the saison is a good choice and should be stuck to.
