750 ml bottle shared with the group (111/119). Pours a hazy amber color with a small off white head. The aroma is tart fruits favoring raspberries and cherry, acidic, lactic, woody with some light floral notes. The flavor has ample tart berries and cherry with quite a bit of wood as well. Some lactic notes, but not as sour as I’d expected. This was very easy to drink and a real treat. illidurit (2356) - San Francisco, California, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Thanks to Michael for this bottle. Pours a gloomy burnt orange color, like a dark tequila sunrise (sunset?). Sublime aroma, perfectly lactic and milky with sweet cherries and a nice raspberry tartness. Flavor follows in kind, bursting with soft fruit, about 60/40 cherry to raspberry. Creamy lactic mouthfeel, pillowy on the palate, sourness is modest but appreciable. Basically the beer version of a nice lean Greek yogurt with perfectly ripe fruit on top. Fantastic beer. cpetrone84 (1810) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 12, 2013
pour is mostly transparent amber with a white head. Nose is nice, barrel and vanilla, strong berry, dusty Brett and a hint of leather. Taste is less barrel, more raspberry and cherry, light dusty note. Lighter body with a moderate carbonation, slightly sour dry finish. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JUN 16, 2013
Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Pours a light orange color with a white head. The aroma is full of raspberries, peaches and cherries, as well as some tart notes. The flavor is similar. I get some tart raspberry character as well as some biscuit malt, lemons and white pepper. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Nice sour. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2013
Hazy ruby-red grapefruit colored body, moderate sized off-white head, spotty lacing. Saison yeast, raspberries, cherries, peaches, orange rind. Medium bodied, gentle carbonation, silky, nice acidity and a balanced finish.

White grapes and raisins. Crisp and tart. Cherries and oak
Taste is wow. Very sour and fruity. Figs and vanilla. Cherry. Tart. Oaky dried fruit finish
(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) cloudy amber/orange, ring of offwhite edge bubbles. Nose of orange peel, funky raspberry, cherry, tart nose, citrusy brett. Taste of raspberry, light cherry, funk, lacto, earthy brett hanging out in the background. Reynolds314 (3477) - Connecticut, USA - JUN 4, 2013
Bottle shared by Collin. Really tart and malty nutty with lots of tart cherry and sweet raspberry elements. A bit muddled and fizzy but overall very solid and enjoyable. Boutip (6562) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 2, 2013
Bottle: Poured a hazy reddish color ale with a light pink color head with good retention and some minimal lacing. Aroma consists of fresh tart raspberries with some oak and light acidic notes. Taste is dominated by tart raspberries notes with some oak and light tart cherries with a light vinous finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Loads of complexity in this beer while retaining a great level of drinkability with great refreshing notes.
