On tap. Golden pour with a white head. Scent of grass and fruit. Taste of fruit, bread and straw. madvike (3250) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 16, 2012
On tap at Evoe - Pours clear yellow with a thin white head. Nose is light dough, honey, pale malt, with gentle floral hops. Taste is the same, real gentle hops with a light doughy malt, herbal hops on the finish, and a little mineral dryness. Light, effervescent body. This beer is the truth. Dont discount this beer. Amazing pils. Drinkable with noble hop character and light cracker malts. Floral/grassy notes shine through. Dry yet balanced. I loved it. lightandrhythm (63) - - MAY 18, 2012
Bright pine notes compliment bitterness of the hop. Light golden color if a bit cloudy. Crisp mouthfeel. Very refreshing

Sampled on tap at Upright tasting room, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma of straw, grass and corn - generic. Flavour is much more inviting, with dry grassy hops, dry toasted bread and light citrus. The dry hops linger pleasantly on the finish. Very well-made pilsner.

On tap at Upright. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A sweet rich Pils nose with some fruity hops. The flavor is rich grains and light fruity and somewhat spicy hops. Nice. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - FEB 14, 2012
I was really impressed by this. Worked perfectly with pizza. A bit of citrus hoppiness and metallic notes. Poured light yellow. notalush (5866) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 16, 2011

2009 Draft. Aroma: Lemony
Flavor: Initially bitter on the front of the tongue, lemon then mandarin orange. billk (353) - Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, USA - AUG 29, 2011
Tap at Upright. FRESH, is the word. Wonderful, pils flavor with great tasting hops and bitterness. Only light bodied, but that’s how a pils is. Christ I like a good pils in the hot weather.
Yeah, mineral is a good descriptor, so is crisp, & thirst quenching.
