Tap @ Their tasting room... Poured very pale, straw with a bubbly white head. Some great hop flavors, grassy and lemon zest with a cracker malt balance. Floral, crisp yeast tones, clean finish. Great for the style. andrewje41 (3874) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - DEC 28, 2015
Draft pour pint at Special Brews, a day after visiting the brewery for the first time, and not trying this. How the hell did they make this so good? I have so much appreciation for a brewery taking a less appealing style of beer and making it awesome. Light golden pour with a rocky foam head. Sweet lemon aroma that slightly overpowers the grain. Light body, but full of flavor. Soft grains, dominated by a nice fruit character. Long, lingering crisp flavor. Quintessential pilsner. Loved it. Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 6, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Pour is clear golden with a big frothy white head and great lacing. Grassy, noble hoppy, biscuit, lightly chalky, minerally, and floral aroma. Taste is bright and clean - grass, snappy malt, crackers, light cookie, minerals, and straw with a crisp bite on the backend. Medium body with high carboantion. Really awesom pils! 10oz sample on tap at Pangaea in Sacramento. The aroma on this is fairly faint with some light mineral and lemon. Not much else at first, but hints of urinal cake present themselves as this breathes a little bit. Moderately hazy yellow body--a very interesting color. It’s borderline neon. There is a nice fizzy white head present. A beautiful beer. Starts with a ton of mineral flavors--too much? Some perfumey flavors follow the minerals in the middle. Finishes with some really herbal, spicy, and aggressive hop bitterness. Refreshing, and a bit different. 50belair (3643) - Florida, USA - JUN 11, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Light with pilsner highlights. Some corn, malts, and bitterness from the bland hops. Average body and mouthfeel.

On tap at Evoe - Pours clear yellow with a thin white head. Nose is light dough, honey, pale malt, with gentle floral hops. Taste is the same, real gentle hops with a light doughy malt, herbal hops on the finish, and a little mineral dryness. Light, effervescent body. This beer is the truth. On draft at The Trappist. Grainy pilsner malt, spicy, sweet malts. Very clean and refreshing.
