Nose is planty, floral, honey. Flavor is same plus toasty grain, mild minerality, and light bitterness on the finish. madvike (3308) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 16, 2012
On tap at Evoe - Pours clear yellow with a thin white head. Nose is light dough, honey, pale malt, with gentle floral hops. Taste is the same, real gentle hops with a light doughy malt, herbal hops on the finish, and a little mineral dryness. Light, effervescent body. This beer is the truth. tap at upright. pours a slightly hazed yellow with a soft white head. aroma of wheat, berlinerweiss like. bright clean czech hop profile. grassy, earthy. clean, crisp. awesome beer. super refreshing. want more! neepsntatties (2085) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 27, 2011
Had this in July 2010 and forgot to rate it. Colour... hazy goldenrod with a thick head. Nose... eminently hoppy but in a floral sort of way with hints of honeysuckle. Palate... delightfully crisp and fizzy with beeswax, gently hops, lithe and supple floral notes and an ever so slight sweetness on the finish. This was one fabulous beer on the scorching hot day that I drank it, though it’d be fabulous anytime I’m sure!

Crisp and clean, cereal grains, apple and pear, subtle herbal notes. This is a go to Pils for me next to Heater Allen’s Pils. It’s refreshing, clean, and obviously great with cheese and food in general. MrChopin (4305) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - APR 27, 2014
hazy gold, thin oily white cap, decent lacing. Soft cereal and dough grain nose, lightly grassy, too waxy. Flavor is more rounded, dough and grass through the front, mid has bright bitterness a la victory, finishing with tons of dough, light peppery grass finish, high effervescence accenting grains, bit of unwanted plastic in the end. Steve_0 (3818) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 6, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Pour is clear golden with a big frothy white head and great lacing. Grassy, noble hoppy, biscuit, lightly chalky, minerally, and floral aroma. Taste is bright and clean - grass, snappy malt, crackers, light cookie, minerals, and straw with a crisp bite on the backend. Medium body with high carboantion. Really awesom pils! andrewje41 (4651) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - DEC 28, 2015
Draft pour pint at Special Brews, a day after visiting the brewery for the first time, and not trying this. How the hell did they make this so good? I have so much appreciation for a brewery taking a less appealing style of beer and making it awesome. Light golden pour with a rocky foam head. Sweet lemon aroma that slightly overpowers the grain. Light body, but full of flavor. Soft grains, dominated by a nice fruit character. Long, lingering crisp flavor. Quintessential pilsner. Loved it. billk (353) - Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, USA - AUG 29, 2011
Tap at Upright. FRESH, is the word. Wonderful, pils flavor with great tasting hops and bitterness. Only light bodied, but that’s how a pils is. Christ I like a good pils in the hot weather.
Yeah, mineral is a good descriptor, so is crisp, & thirst quenching.
