750ml bottle pours a golden color without much head. Delicate peach flavor. Some Bret at the end.

Shared at an Ann Arbor get together at Jeff’s on July 20. 750 mL bottle. The pour is a foggy golden yellow color with a thick cap of white head that slowly fades. The aroma is incredibly funky. There is a light acidity and a ton of fruit. There is a brighter berry and citrus to it, and then the funk rolls in a little heavier. Here is a ton of juice here. The flavor is a little better. The funk is toned down, letting the flesh and juiciness of the peaches really shine. There is a tart citrus and a lovely berry happening. The mouth feel is really good. It’s light and crisp with a bright carbonation and a heavy juiciness at the same time. It finishes crisp and dry with a peachy flesh and dry funk on the back end. This is pretty good. Not quite what I was expecting, but incredibly balanced!
(Rating #7033) MartinT (10036) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 19, 2016
My Bottom Line:Whatup14 (2163) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 19, 2016
Strawberry allusions blend in nicely with the lambic-like funk, playing harmoniously with lactic acidity.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam surrounds the misty golden honey.
-The soft effervescence, dryness and acidity make for high drinkability.
-The fruit character is warm and juicy (not necessarily full on peaches; I got more strawberry and kiwi than peaches actually).
-This is not just another funky beer. It actually has a unique profile that is showcased in a refined manner. Very, very good brew.
Bouteille 750ml au Québec Ratebeer Gathering. Couleur dorée pâle légèrement voilée, mousse blanche. Arôme de pêche, levures sauvages, foin. Goût de pêche, acidité moyenne, levures sauvages. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Cloudy orange color with small to no head. Complex, fruity, peachy, and a bit lemony, with elegant acidity; much better than when I had it on tap. Excellent.
2016-01-01, draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 10th Anniversary party, 7-3-7-3-14=34
Cloudy, golden, and flat. Sour, definitively it has Lambic notes, more lemon, but also light cheese/yeast notes; some aroma of peach and yeast.
Nice, but I expected more.

Pours a hazy yellow with a small head and nice lacing on the glass.
The aroma is reasonably earthy at the start but this gives way to bright fruit i.e. lemon and apricot especially. The funkiness is mild, a touch horse blanket like and a little leathery.
The flavor is bright and fruity with lots of apricot. The beer is medium dry and has a very pleasant level of sourness. The beer has some faint herbal notes and a little bit of bitterness. The acidity is brilliant and the woodiness seems like white oak, although who knows. Just lots of tartness & apricot.
Bottle shared by Jeff at Darkness day. Pours cloudy golden. Nice funky peach aroma. Taste follows with nice tartness. Really good stuff. BuckeyeBoy (8476) - Boise, Idaho, USA - NOV 22, 2015
