Bottle Orangish yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma is is Brett, peach pits, and lemon. Flavor is more lemon, still brett, a little bitter stone fruit kind of thing, nice light sourness. Long light sour finish. The peppers fade in and out, they hit mid palate and then real late in the finish on the lips and cause a light warming effect on the tongue. Darn good for a light beer.

Pours clear straw with a small white head, light lacing. Floral, straw, woody
750ml brown bottle passed around at RBAG ’17. Gold with a light switl of white head. Sour and lemony nose, light funk. Taste - spice, peppers, throat warming pepper head and some sourness at the end. Interesting. Johnsense (1804) - - MAR 10, 2017
Reddish orange pour, good sized head. Chili, lemon, barnyard, slight lactic sourness in the aroma and taste. Heat more prevalent in the finish but doesn’t detract from the base beer. Fairly tart and spicy finish, lighter to medium body. bulldogops (2874) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 12, 2017
Rating #2437 - 2016.04.11 - Draught @alibiroom - Copper&Theory TT. Aromatics - mild funk, mild chili, mild citrus. Cloudy orange pour - looks like juice - no head to speak of. Chili sours may be my new thing, the lingering heat plays with some sweetness, funk plays with both. Diggity. mR_fr0g (14028) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 6, 2017
Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. Huge thanks! A hazed yellow golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is peach, melba, yogurt funk, solvent alcohol. Flavour is composed of woody doughy grains, spicy , raw grains, tangy wheat in the finish. Palate is wheaty grains, doughy, lowish flat carbonation. Meh.

Poured a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma was oaky, brett, light acid, lemony and grainy, no sign of peppers. Flavor similar except a big surprise burn in the throat. A really unique and innovative beer. Reynolds314 (3472) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 20, 2016
Bottle courtesy of Mike! Hazy pale color with minimal head. Aroma is light pepper, grapefruit, pineapple, light oak, funk, cracker malt. Taste is tart funky and nice. Love the upright bugs. nuplastikk (6514) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 7, 2016
Sample from a 750ml bottle c/o JTClockwork, thanks! Filtered tan-orange body. Thin, glass rimming head. Quite a unique beer. The chilis really stand out, the sour is more underneath, but you still get that nice clean base. Really memorable, a fun one to try. Almost has a liqueur feel. The heat sticks around. [1/30/16] Bottle sample at the Encomium bottle share, after RateBeer Best awards ceremony at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Cloudy yellow. Spicy, flowers, fruits. Dry, tart, hot chili. joeneugs (6372) - Livermore, California, USA - FEB 4, 2016
Bottle at RBWG. It pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is super lemony with a touch of orange. Not much pepper. The flavor is nice and tart with a little spicy heat that creeps up on you. A little funk and pleasant vanilla barrel notes in the finish. Very tart and spicy. Interesting.
