330 ml bottle, 2015 vintage, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Amber orange, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of Brett, lemon candy, spices, some fresh herbs, some stone fruits, some wood, slight cheese.
Tastes pretty similar, very Balance and smooth.
Medium, slightly oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, medium dry, medium sweet, a bit wooden, citric, Bretty, slightly cheesy.

Tasty! Very smooth and fresh, with a perfect balance, just the right amount of Brett, sourness, barrel notes and fruits. Drinks incredibly easy. Perfect style example how I love it!

750ml bottle @ home. 2015 Vintage
Pours a hazy golden orange colour with a thin white head. Nose is floral and orange with some herbal notes. Flavour is light and tasty, some tartness with the orange juice and herbal trailing finish, perhaps some barrel character as well. Light bodied.

750ml bottle from the Pacific Liquor store in PoCo. Vintage 2016. Pours a pale golden with a white head. Aroma is flowery, citrusy, some barrel and fermented fruits notes. Taste is pretty the same with accent on fermented fruits and barrel. Carbonation is moderate. Pleasant and refreshing.

Bottle (sampled back-to-back with the non barrel aged version). Gold in colour with only moderate carbonation. Aromas are of nectarine and mild funk. Flavors are of Meyer lemon, under-ripe stone fruit, lactic sourness, and aloe. Flat on the palate due to the diminished carbonation, but somewhat saved by some tart & sour elements.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is slightly acidic with moderate fruit notes of pears, tropical fruit, stone fruit and green grapes. Light citrus notes. Medium light herbal character with light phenolics. Light oak notes. A but of a honey and caramel malt note. Pours a golden copper color with a medium small, medium thick, white head that recedes to a small film that lingers thicker on the edges. Flavor has a medium light acidity with some light caramel and honey notes. Light oak notes with some medium white wine and green grape notes. Some light tannins. Moderate pear, tropical fruit and some fruit notes with hints of citrus. Light herbal notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but this bottle was a few years old and the age didnt help it. I think it dulled some of the brightness that was likely present as a younger beer. I like the light acidity and fruit notes with background herbal and floral character.
