At upright with Taylor, Stephen, and Dina. Pours yellow hint of orange with thin head. Aroma is tangy orange hay zest. Taste is big raw barely and raw wheat grain grass note, some lemon peel bitter notes but not citrus. Nice and drinkable, strong grainy grassy backbone. jackl (8071) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 27, 2014
Sample @ RBWG, Asheville. Amber pour with a small head. Accent of minty herb. Some lemonade and fruit squash. Taste is earthy. Molding lemon, herb-steeped tea. Light and summery, nimble on the palate. Another winner from Upright. Hair6a11 (1481) - Illinois, USA - MAY 20, 2014
Bottle: pour is murky light gold, with a frothy white head into this glass. This is sticky as hell, and It retains well here. The nose is herbal spice initial, a touch of juniper, florals, grassy notes, with a touch of sweet bread presence. I have no experience with the flora used in this beer but I do know that this is a nice saison. It’s spicy initial., with wintergreen and lavender, moving to grass and floral, mild sweet, with a bittering and dry finish. alexsdad06 (10423) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 28, 2014
750 ml bottle sample in October 2012. Pours a hazy golden brown color with a medium sized soapy white head. The aroma and flavor have floral and citrus hops, dry, to malts, grass, lightly herbal; nice drinking saison. sulawang (1161) - - MAR 28, 2014
Visual: (I saw the two unique ingredients and immediately put it in my shopping basket.) Pours almost clear golden marmalade yellow with a MASSIVE long-lasting head, huge creamy retention, sporadic thick sticky lacing, tons and tons of activity.
Nose: Chamomile-floral light honeyed malts (lvl-3)-pungency
Attack: fizzy-tingly mouthfeel, crisp bite
Mid-palate: (lvl-6)-sweetness, (MAIN) lager-barley malt, citrus chamomile, pepper, grassy-straw
Finish: burpy, subtle bitter hops, semi-sweet finish.
Summary: This drinks like a full-bodied lager that has been kicked up several notches. It has an evolved crisp-sweet barley malt profile with subtle floral nuances. Fantastic.

HMOG 2014. Pours a nearly clear pear color with white head. Scent is lemony earth. Nice sweaty citrus front with a biting finish. Lovely live body. Bottle - Shared at HMOG Cybercat (5834) - Georgia, USA - MAR 15, 2014
Comes out of the bottle a hazy, barely translucent golden with a thin eggshell head. Strong aroma is fruity and malty. Flavor is mainly sour fruit, with some malty and hoppy notes and a floral hint. Firm, rather fizzy texture rounds out a fine saison. Get upright and pick one. djd07 (14517) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 6, 2014
Bottle thanks to phil. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is yeast, fruit, and oak. Medium mouthfeel with strong brett, yeast, fruit and light dry finish. Very good. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2014

Fare thee well Josh tasting at Bruce’s. Cloudy gold beer, big fluffy pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and dry and a little crispy. Sweet malt base with big bittersweet floral flavours. Touch of lemon peel. Light airy finish with a mild bitter linger. Very floral.
Bottle shared in London for my farewell drinks. Big thanks to Kenny for this one. Pours hazy golden with a thick white head. Nose is full of lemon, sherbert, lime juice, a touch of grass and plenty of zest. Taste is very lemon forward with nice doughiness to it, quite zesty and earthy with grapefruit focus. Sourness is balanced out nicely. Tasty
