COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Four is truly a light yet flavorful beer. The recipe uses a good portion of wheat and incorporates a sour mash into the process to make it slightly tart and extra refreshing. It has delicate aromas and flavors that span a range of floral, grassy and herbal notes. The finish is extra dry and makes the beer a great beverage to pair with food, especially various cheeses and shellfish.
Malts: organic pale, organic wheat, organic munich
Unmalted: rolled wheat
Hops: hallertauer mittelfrüh

10-karat, dry-straw, hay-like pour with a massive ivory meringue that climbed defiantly out of the glass. Reminded me of Richard Dreyfuss’ mashed potato recreation of Devil’s Tower in Close Encounters! Loads of lemongrass, yeast, fresh dough, citrus, and a little funky tartness. Refreshing.

Bottle. Bit of a gushing huge white head, on a peachy very milky looking body. Some bretty notes, mango, hay, peaches and cream in the aroma. Flavor is lots of light fruits, passion fruit, spiked with a nice Brett quality, and a drier finish. Lighter body thats just too chalky for me, but with bright carbonation.
