Bottle. Pours cloudy golden blonde with bone white fluffy head. Nose/taste is slight lactose/sour wheat malt, banana, lemon, light breads and farmhouse/wild yeast. Medium to light/medium body. Slightly dry in the finish with a lemony bread. Excellent table beer. Light and refreshing. brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - JAN 23, 2011
A: The pour is pale straw in color with a big, fluffy, white head that slowly dies down but clings to the glass.
S: There are some decently spicy esters to open up, but that quickly gives way to a more wild character. Lots of grass and lemon, particularly lemon zest. Quite a bit of lactobacillus notes to it.
T: This is surprisingly tart, mostly from lemon zest and lemon juice type of lactic flavors. Grassy hops and a very slight bitterness to the beer. Just a bit of pale cracker malts as the base. This is very dry, almost always good.
M: The body is light to medium, appropriate for a table beer. Quite high in terms of carbonation with a drying finish.
D: I quite liked this. Surprisingly strong in terms of the lactic traits, but I enjoy that. Quite complex and interesting for a "table" beer. Benzai (16522) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - NOV 23, 2013

Capped 750 from Malt & Vine. Pours lightly hazy gold with creamy white head. Aroma is mostly sour and citric. Second shot gets some funk as the head melts away. Med body at least. Flavor is a little tart, a little citrus, some gummy funk. Very dry. Not getting the nobility of the hop, but that’s ok. Tastes great.

Bottle thanks to LKS. It pours clear pale gold with thick, foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, white bread, straw, toasty grain, soapy citrus, fragrant and icing sugar. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter - sweet, white bread, lemony sherbet, very soapy, fairy liquid, straw and plenty of floral action, pear and melon with a dry, soapy finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation, a bit too sweet and carbonated. Fair. Ratman197 (15208) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUN 6, 2012

Bottle. Poured a hazy yellow color with a large frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate floral, herbs, citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy complex sweet flavor with a medium to heavy spice sweet finish of moderate to long duration. I would recommend this to a friend.
