Mmmmmm a light fruity yeasty smell. A glowing gold active appearance.
Tart, with a dry mouth feel and ends so refreshing. For this early summer day it is perfect!

Bottle. Pours pale yellow with a huge white head. Flowery and yeasty aroma. Taste is light and drinkable, yet quite complex with its crisp sourness, it’s mild spiciness, citrusy hoppiness, and dry herbal finish. Nice clean and pale matiness. Interesting flowery aftertaste. Great beer! 77ships (11051) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUL 6, 2014
750 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG III. Thanks! Darker golden, creamy white head. Nose is sweetish white bread, brett, peach, hay, light zest. Light lactic funk in the taste, white bread, zest, touch sugar, faint soap, fruity, light flowers, white pepper. Very easy to drink. Lovely. Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - FEB 13, 2012
Huge thanks to boralyl for sending some of this out my way. Served in a tulip.
Pours a hazy yellow with a good white head and a bit of lacing on the way down. The nose has a bit of grass and grain, plus a bit of celery, which sounds strange, but works quite well. Flavor takes it up a notch with great wheat and yeast character. Good hopping throughout with a dry, butter finish. Really excellent and similar to the De La Senne and Jandrain-Jandrenouille fresh saisons we had in Belgium. Sublime. It is unreal to gave this much flavor and character in a 4.5% beer. kvv104 (39) - - JAN 10, 2015
Bottle. Pours bright gold with a frothy head that lingers. Smells amazing. A bit of floral. Refreshing and easy to drink with a bit of a tart after taste that quickly dissappears.

Sampled on 1/22/2010. This saison pours a slightly hazy orange gold color from a 750ml botlle. A huge sized white rocky head hangs around a while and leave some nice lacing on the glass. The aroma is fruity, oranges and peaches, some spices, some honey and yeast. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet, cereal and grain. There is a definite sour and tart aspect to the beer, which shows up more at the finish. The hops are floral and spicy. Lively carbonation. Nice balance. Lots of flavor for a 4.5% ABV beer. Light and refreshing. The tartness at the finish is really nice and kind of intensifies as you go along. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sour and tart. Bottle: The aroma consists of orange, lemon, light honey, and some spice. It pours a cloudy golden-orange with a large white head with excellent retention and spotty lacing. The flavor starts with a quick dose of orange and some faint yeast. The finish has light lemon, lemon peel, and a hint of spice. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, incredibly refreshing and I could drink this all day if it was an "affordable" session beer.
