(’10)-750 bottle-shared by jtclockwork-pours an offwhite head with trailing lace and hazy orange/red color. Aroma is tart/vinuous, medium malt. Taste is tart fruit-cherry, medium malt, acidic. Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - FEB 4, 2012
Served in a Mikasa tulip.
Pours a light copper color with a bit of a reddish hue. Good white head and a bit of lacing. The nose has a beautiful cherry presence with a bit of light funk in the background. The flavor has great cherry with a subtle funk plus a bit of hay. Light earth and a bit of acidity. Light body with fairly-high carbonation. Slight pucker to the finish. Utterly delicious.

Botlle provided by Matt, sampled side by side with Blend Love. Poured into my Jackie O’s snifter. Pours a hazy orange with minimal head. Nose reminds me of another beer, but cant figure out what it is....Isabelle? That wouldn’t make sense though as the pinot is pretty evident. Some stone fruit, apricot, and funk. More acidic than the Blend Love, but I like it. Some funk and cheesiness and a lot of citrus fruit, really dig the balance. It’s nice and sour but isn’t incredibly in your face. The palate is lightly spritzy, with a long finish and light mouthfeel. My favorite Upright to date, would like to grab a bottle of it. 50belair (3718) - Florida, USA - JUL 6, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 1, 2014 Bottle, batch 2. Clear light pink pour with a white head. Funk and wood nose. Light cherry notes with a flutter of oak and vinous notes. Smooth, clean, and refreshing. Very nice....

(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) opaque ruddy orange-yellow with oily bubbles on top. Nose of tart cherries, light salt, wet wood, and capers. Taste of tart cherries, wet wood, mouthpuckering citrus, capers, soft carbonation on the mouthfeel but very appropriate. Long fruity/lightly sour duration. An excellent refreshing summer sour. Fantastic. Steve_0 (3818) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 6, 2014

Fresh tart cherries, cinnamon, vanilla, pie crust, graham cracker, lemony, cherry pie aroma. Taste is bright cherry, lacto, vanilla, nutmeg, allspice, pie crust, citruses, and flowers with a big sour finish and great spice notes. Medium body with high carbonation. Excellent wild ale from upright. Big winey and cherry aroma upon pouring. Moderate level of funk and sour in the flavor especially. Seamlessly blended, and delicious."
