750ml bottle at De garde release. Pours out a hazy orangish topped with a small white head. nose is lots of grape heavy wine barrel notes and some citrus. Taste is more of the wine barrel plenty of the white grapes and citrus. A very nice sour tart and a nice end. vyvvy (6476) - Florissant, Missouri, USA - OCT 26, 2015
Thanks to hannont (I think) for sharing this one. Pours yellow with a small white head. The aroma is on the wine side, but with a richness to is and is is quite lush with some farmhouse aspects. It has a medium lush smooth body with a low amount of sharp carbonation. The flavor starts a bit sour with lots of grapes, some tartness, saison earth and a bit of a bite. The finish is clean and crisp. Really love what Upright does. Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - MAR 29, 2015
Bottle thanks to Vasili ! Pours a slightly hazy orange golden color with a finger of tight white foam. Huge muscat presence all the way through starting with the nose. The addition of tart lemon, soft barrel character, rustic grain to the grape influence rounds this beer out nicely and creates layers of depth from sweet juicy muscat to dry funky basement. Well done and Im sure a little more age on this beer wouldn’t hurt the product but it perfectly delicious at the moment as well!

750ml bottle shared thanks to Lukaduke! Pours hazy yellow with a finger of head. Nose is tart lemony white grape with balanced funk and some wet grainy oak. Taste is similar with juicy tart white wine and grape notes, woody oak funk and some soft soggy grain. Finishes with nice tartness and crisp acidity, soft white grape with a hint of sweet wine, and lemony citrus with tropical fruit. Tasty! czar (9085) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 10, 2015
bottle shared by tom10101, thanks bro! pours hazy very pale golden with a small white cap, some retention and lacing. peaches and vanilla - perhaps some white grape meat; brett and light butter - never overwhelming, almost doughy honeyed maltiness, light oak, light acidity - complex flora, bitter herbs. light carbonation, light body - very oily, relatively dry spicy-herbal finish. very nice! mathieuc (3990) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 4, 2015
Pours a lightly hazed golden with no head and no lace. Nose is of fruits and light vinegar. Taste carries some light oxidative notes and is moderately tart. Flavors are fruity as well and reminescent of peaches. Body is light to medium and carbonation moderate. Vinous but not overly so. Overall a nice and subtle sour beer, if only more american sours were like that! Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 2, 2015

Bottle (750 ml) @ De Garde++ tasting. From Thomas, thanks!
Appearance: Clear bright pale golden with a small white head and little lacing.
Aroma: Grapes, light tartness, pears, musty notes, oak... delicate and beautiful.
Taste: Light to moderate sourness, grape must, light sweetness, oak, pears and winey notes.
Palate: Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Tannic and woodsy. Grapey finish.
Overall: Well balanced delicate and tasty sour ale. The grapes are effectively showcased. The barrel treatment is not overdone, but it’s still easily recognizable. Really good!
