This beer makes it obvious what yeast can do for a beer. The tart yeasty yumminess of four is gone and replaced by light hop and maybe wheat as mister jackson says but something I didn’t love none the less. Tap @ Their Tasting Room... This is their Four with Rogue’s Pacman ale yeast. And you know what? It tasted like a Rogue beer. Slightly wheaty, slightly hopped, with little-to-no yeast flavors going on. I think it’s designed for those visitors into Upright that are convinced they "don’t like Belgian beers." Still very drinkable though.
